Refund Policy

All Classroom fees are non-refundable.  The classroom fee is intended to hold your seat in a class that will prevent another student from taking that seat.  Since the State Government limits, class sizes do not have unlimited seating, making a nonrefundable fee necessary. All fees paid by any individual who wishes to transfer to another class date will be transferred to a new class date with no penalty.

Our 38-hour course consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of Behind-the-Wheel instruction. This course is required for residents of the State of Louisiana between the ages of 14 and 17 who are seeking to obtain the privileges of operating a motor vehicle. The classroom portion of this course includes not only instructional time but also administrative services, including student enrollment processing, scheduling, recordkeeping, instructor coordination, and compliance documentation required by the State of Louisiana. Accordingly, $219.00 of the total tuition is allocated to classroom and administrative services and is non-refundable once services begin.  If a student has paid the full tuition of $585.00 and withdraws from the course without attending any classroom instruction, or after completing all classroom instruction but before beginning any Behind-the-Wheel instruction, a refund of $366.00 may be awarded. If the student has completed the classroom instruction and has completed a portion of the Behind-the-Wheel training and then withdraws from the course, the refund amount will be reduced based on the amount of Behind-the-Wheel instruction completed. If two hours of Behind-the-Wheel training have been completed, a refund of $262.00 may be awarded. If four hours of Behind-the-Wheel training have been completed, a refund of $158.00 may be awarded. If six hours of Behind-the-Wheel training have been completed, a refund of $54.00 may be awarded. If all eight hours of Behind-the-Wheel training have been completed, no refund will be awarded, as all training purchased has been completed. No refund will be issued if the student fails to meet the successful grade requirements dictated by the State of Louisiana.
